A billable minute is any minute your AI agent is actively in a conversation with a visitor — answering questions, showing your product, or qualifying a lead. Idle time between messages does not count. You only pay for actual conversation time.
$50. This gives you 50 minutes of agent conversation time. You can add more credits anytime in any amount of $50 or more.
Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits after 6 months will expire. You can always top up with new credits at any time.
We will notify you when your balance is getting low. If it hits zero, your agent pauses until you top up. No surprise charges — you are always in control.
